Job description

Amazon Senior Account Manager

Who We Are

Parenting isn't picture-perfect. It's messy, hilarious, exhausting, and life-changing - sometimes all before noon. That's where we come in.

Founded in 2014 by our CEO Chelsea Hirschhorn, Frida was built to make the raw reality of parenting a little easier to navigate (and a lot less overwhelming). It all started with one legendary snot-sucker - the NoseFrida - and has grown into a 200+ product lineup that supports families through every stage: from fertility and postpartum recovery to baby care and beyond.

We don't shy away from the stuff no one else wants to talk about - nipple pain, diaper blowouts, or the emotional rollercoaster that comes with keeping a tiny human alive. We call it like it is, solve the problems that actually matter, and build products that help parents feel seen, supported, and totally capable.

You can now find Frida products in 50+ countries and thousands of stores across the U.S., from the biggest national retailers to your neighborhood grocery aisle.

Under Hirschhorn's leadership, Frida has become a category leader by challenging taboos, championing honesty, and supporting families at every stage of parenthood and beyond, earning acclaim on TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies, TIME Best Inventions, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies and Fast Company Brands That Matter. But the real win? Knowing we're helping parents everywhere feel a little more human and a little less alone.

How You Will Make an Impact

The Amazon Senior Account Manager is the operational engine of our Amazon business. This role is responsible for day-to-day execution across in-stock health, promotional planning, catalog integrity, and vendor operations. Working closely with the Amazon Director and cross-functional partners in supply chain, finance, and marketing, the Amazon Senior Account Manager ensures the business runs smoothly and that issues are identified and resolved quickly

Responsibilities to include:

  • Manage inventory health across the Amazon business, monitoring purchase orders, replenishment, fill rates, and in-stock performance to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to identify inventory risks, improve forecast accuracy, and support major promotional events.
  • Own promotional deal submissions and execution for key retail events, including Prime Day, Prime Big Deal Days, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and other seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotional calendars, funding approvals, submission timelines, and post-event performance analysis to optimize future event planning.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day operational contact with Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Manager teams, supporting business reviews, escalations, and ongoing partnership initiatives.
  • Resolve operational issues by managing Vendor Central and Seller Central cases related to listings, pricing, fulfillment, and catalog health, escalating issues as needed.
  • Oversee catalog maintenance and new product setup, ensuring listings, attributes, variation structures, and launch readiness are accurate and completed on time.
  • Partner with Digital Shelf and Brand teams to ensure product content, SEO, and merchandising assets are published accurately and support business objectives.
  • Coordinate chargeback and deduction tracking with Finance, supporting dispute resolution and identifying opportunities to reduce future deductions.
  • Develop and distribute recurring business reports and dashboards, highlighting sales performance, in-stock metrics, new product launches, competitive activity, and promotional results.
  • Identify sales trends, risks, and growth opportunities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital Shelf teams to drive operational excellence and execute Amazon growth initiatives.

What You Will Need

  • 7+ years of experience in Amazon vendor or seller management
  • Hands-on experience with Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
  • Strong understanding of Amazon operations including purchase orders, in-stock metrics, chargebacks, and deal submissions
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable building and managing trackers and reports
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing a multi-million dollar Amazon vendor or seller business
  • Familiarity with Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, DSP) and how media intersects with organic performance
  • Experience working with third-party tools such as Jungle Scout, CommerceIQ, Stackline, Profitero, or similar
  • CPG or consumer goods industry background required
