Job description

How you will contribute to our National Security and Defense mission:
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the Defensive Cyber Operations - Space (DCO-S) organization within Combat Forces Command (CFC) in its mission to continuously create, refine, and deliver world-class cyber operations capabilities to address threats within the Space Domain.
Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
  • Provide high-level admin support to the management of the personnel in the organization (calendar management, documentation review, etc)
  • Support in and out processing of personnel for the DCO-S/ Defensive Cyber Operations
  • Prepare and execute large organizational distros and communication plans
  • Support and track organizational and personnel awards (military or government), OPBs and other evaluations
  • Manage and execute various Commander's Programs within the Commander's Support Staff
  • Maintains comprehensive and accurate records
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:
  • At least 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Experience using MS365 Office Suite.
  • Understanding Defense Department and/or Space Force organizational structure, policies, and culture.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of related professional experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

Location:
  • This position will be onsite in Colorado Springs.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $75,000/year to $95,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. This posting will be renewed periodically until the position is filled.
