Job description

GVI, a proud subsidiary of Three Saints Bay and a trusted federal government contractor, is seeking an experienced, highly organized Program Manager to lead and oversee a contract in support of the U.S. Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Information Operational Technology Integrated Systems (CG-C5I-OTIS) at USCG Headquarters. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving successful contract execution and fostering a strong working relationship with government stakeholders, and ensuring all program activities align with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for overall contract execution
  • Manage and supervise personnel, including hiring, performance management, and professional development
  • Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting
  • Coordinate and execute personnel security actions in compliance with DoD and Department of the Navy requirements
  • Serve as the primary interface with government clients and prime contractors
  • Participate in status meetings, program reviews, and executive briefings
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Identify program risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Maintain strict compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company policies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience supporting DoD contracts
  • Proven experience in personnel management and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of program financial management and government contract compliance
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
