Responsibilities: Installation configuration of Confluent Kafka, Apache Kafka, RMQ on environments like Linux, EC2, Windows, AIX, along with Cloud Kafka, Configurations like MSK Confluent Cloud Experience in using best practices design patterns of confluent Kafka Experience with Middleware Administration using Web Sphere MQ Series 80 Monitor and troubleshoot the issues related to the Kafka Worked on creating and configuring Local Queue Managers and Remote Queue Managers Familiar with implementing Distribution Communication and Clustering Communication over different platforms Experience in configuring and performing DR recovery scenarios Well versed in the various procedures and processes involved in resolving outages and providing production support for multiple projects Good experience in using MQSC commands Creating Kafka topics using control center and command lines and trouble shoot the user reported issue Has worked on ACL commands in creation providing access to users Onboarding new clients in Kafka environments and other Messaging Technologies Creating federations as per the client requirement to federate the messages from downstream to upstream Skills: Kafka Administration Application support Department: Preferred Vendors This is a contract position
