The purpose is to improve the awareness and appreciation for comics and similar cultural art forms, and events require multiple jobs to ensure success. Managers, registration support teams, and related staff complete responsibilities related to marketing, organizing, planning, and setup. Staff members at Comic Con events typically handle a variety of tasks, including assisting with attendee registration, managing crowd control, coordinating with exhibitors and guests, and providing information to visitors. They often work in teams to ensure the event runs smoothly and may rotate between roles such as helping with panel sessions, monitoring lines, or supporting security efforts.
