KeyResponsibilities:

Guest Experience

  • Engage guests to create awelcoming and personalized shopping experience

  • PromoteHawks merchandise by recommending products and upselling

  • Demonstrate our service culture in every interaction

Store Operations

  • Maintainaccurateinventory records and report discrepancies

  • Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and organized

  • Provide feedback and support to help the team meet goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communicationandproblem-solvingskills with the ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations

  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingattention to detail

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, punctuality, and reliability

  • Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and at least 80% of scheduled events monthly.

  • Ability to stand for 4+ hours and lift/move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.

  • Reliable transportation
