Duties: 
  • Report to the Kitchen Manager for operational strategies involving the shift.
  • Ensure the assigned station and kitchen are set up and stocked.
  • Prepare simple components of dishes on the menu by chopping vegetables. Cutting some meats, and preparing sauces.
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Understanding and adherence to menu standards and presentation.
  • Make sure food prep and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
  • Willingness to assume Expo duties when needed.
