Network Operations Center Team Lead

Location: Wayne, PA / Charlotte, NC --Hybrid- (3 days a week on site)

Schedule: 6+Months Contract to Perm Hire

Pay rate- $65-70/hr on W2

Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operational support across all network technologies
  • Mentor, coach, and quality-check S1 analysts
  • Provide feedback on communication quality, troubleshooting approach, and ticket handling
  • Serve as first point of escalation before issues reach S3
  • Partner with management on performance assessment and development of junior staff
