In this fully virtual position, you will oversee and monitor the construction activities of our business partners. You will play a critical role in ensuring tasks are updated on time in the database, coordinating resources, and providing technical advice across departments.What You Will DoProject Oversight: Monitor third-party business partners to ensure construction tasks are updated accurately and on time in the system.Resource Coordination: Plan and coordinate aspects of OSP construction activities, including materials, labor, and resource allocation.Technical Advisory: Provide expert technical advice and support to procurement, design, and construction teams.Financial Monitoring: Evaluate contractor change orders and monitor cost estimates to keep projects on budget.Job Review: Audit new job packages to verify that the task plan completely aligns with the defined scope of work.What You Need to Succeed (Required)Geography: Must live in MI, IN, or KY (No exceptions).Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to read, interpret, and understand Coax and Fiber design prints.Industry Expertise: Strong background in the telecom/cable television industry.Technical Compliance: Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).Work Ethics: Exceptional, consistent, and punctual attendance.Home Office Setup: Reliable, high-speed Internet Service Provider (ISP) connection.CMC25
