Job Summary

Access Circuit Provisioning is responsible for providing project planning and management established for Off Net customer project timelines. They ensure the projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. Ensuring vendors are held accountable to deliverables and timelines, while contributing to one or more areas of expertise in collaboration with various cross-functional project teams. Exercises solid knowledge of engineering skills and methodology. Applies long-term objectives and plans related to the company's technical vision to daily activity. Applies innovative solutions for engineering developmental problems that are competitive with industry and company standards with little direction. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with National and Regionalcross functional teams both direct and indirect to findleastcostquickest accesssolutions.

-Project Manage access orders to meet customer and business obligations

-Coordinate with various internal and third-party teams for preparation of ASRmanagement

-Manage Vendor Escalations for orders and systemic issues with vendor partners.

-Manage Portability for cost saving initiatives with vendor partners.

-Quote and Source Sub-Contractors for ISP/OSP work needed to support overall delivery of customer orders.

-Support monthly reporting and KPI build out, Dashboards and Automation efforts.

-Ordering of services and products associated withMetro-E Fiber,coax,maintenanceand augments.
- ASR ordering of leased circuit transport elements, leased cost elements, and facilities-based on-net circuits within Comcast.
- Coordinate with various internal and third-party teamsforpreparation ofASR paperwork and orders.
-Facilitateaccurateandtimelyimplementation of new circuits and ensure circuit inventory reporting is updatedin a timely manner.

-Providetimelystatus reports to all vested project stakeholders both internal and external
- Evaluate and report critical issues toSupervisor/Manager - Circuit Ordering and Implementation that may jeopardize a customer launch.
- Build andmaintainpositive relationships with 3rd party and Comcast personnel across all local markets and operations.
-Assistcross functional teams with all specialand large-scaleprojects asrequired
- Responsible for providing frequent and ad hoc status updates to management as directed as well aspossibly taking1st level escalations for overdue provisioning milestones on customer orders.
- Research supportive information critical fordeterminingnecessary data entry values requiredfacilitatingaccurateand expedient ASR ordering.
- Responding to status updates verballyandwith detailedwrittenreports as requested by management, third party departments and business customers.
-Assistingwith the creationandmodification ofdepartment job aids and M&Ps
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Job Specification:
-Bachelor'sDegree in Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent
-Generally requires5-8 years related experience

-Advanced computer literacy including but not limited toproficiencyin Microsoft Windows applications -- Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
- 2 to 5years' experienceworking in the telecommunications/telephony industry environment.
- 2 to 3years' experienceordering network facilities from ILEC/RBOC via ASR, ordering forms and web-based ordering systems.
- 2 to 3years' experiencewith circuit inventory management databases.

-Forward facing customer management experience
-Requiredto escalate issues that require immediate attention and quick resolutions.
- 2 Years' experience withMetasolvinventory and ordering systems
- Knowledge of Metro Ethernet technology including ENNI, EVC, UNI and VLAN

- Ability to work under pressure andmaintainconsistent attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and rally team members to meet collective deadlines
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel from staff level to senior management and with customers, displaying tact and diplomacy.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $86,324.64 - $142,435.65Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
