Job description

As a certified FSQ Forklift Operator, you play a vital role in ensuring our food safety and quality standards are met so every meal kit reaches customers in excellent condition. You will combine standard FSQ responsibilities with essential forklift operations to support seamless receiving and production.
Shifts Available:
  • Sunday to Wednesday - 7:00am to 5:30pm
  • Wednesday to Saturday - 6:00am to 4:30pm

You will...
  • Maintain an active forklift operator license per site training requirements.
  • Inspect inbound ingredients against specifications, log results, and log tickets promptly.
  • Promptly escalate quality or safety issues and collaborate with partner teams for fast resolution.
  • Complete quarterly inspection refresher trainings to stay up to date.
  • Support dock receiving with HACCP reviews, allergen labeling checks, and handling verifications.
  • Ensure receiving operational practices comply fully with company standards.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse teams to uphold safe ingredient handling practices.
  • Direct inspected shipments smoothly to designated work areas.
  • Perform continuous quality checks on produce, dairy, protein, and grocery items throughout processing.
  • Conduct mandatory audits, sanitation swabs, temperature checks, and expiration verifications.
  • Strictly adhere to and enforce all safety, GMP, and SQF guidelines.
  • As Assigned;
    • Audit line setups, completed kits, and packaging processes.
    • Alert leadership to errors, assist in corrective actions, and halt production lines for critical non-conformances.
    • Track discarded items and evaluate ingredients for potential recovery and reuse.

  • Active certification and license as a trained Forklift Operator.
  • Completion of onboarding FSQ training.
  • Active HelloFresh Produce Certification.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work full shifts reliably as scheduled.
  • Solid basic math capabilities (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions).
  • Proficiency with basic tablet and computer tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Sheets).

Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a manufacturing and assembly environment and is regularly exposed to cool and/or cold temperatures (10º - 40º). The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
