Located in Traverse City, Michigan, Colt Optics is a global supplier of electro-optics, magnified optics, night vision systems and other weapons, accessories and enablers.
Summary: The Assembly Technician is responsible for the precision assembly of firearm optics products in a controlled clean manufacturing environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to quality. Assembly Technicians operate as part of a cross-functional team and are expected to rotate between assembly stations, supporting multiple stages of the production process.
