At Color Street and Innovative Cosmetic Concepts, we believe one brilliant idea can change everything. Our revolutionary, patented, real nail polish strips and ever-expanding line of premium beauty products empower beauty lovers around the globe and inspire our community of Independent Stylists to express themselves in full color! 


The Color Batching Coordinator is responsible for batching full scale batches (drums) of nail polish to shade match color collections received by our Product Design department as well as manage other duties including documentation, inventory management and supplies ordering.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Batch nail polish colors based on requested benchmarks and references
  • Enter and process production batch orders via the color matching protocol
  • Support Quality investigations and assist Quality/Creative/Customer Care in resolving customer complaints and technical questions
  • Check and maintain raw materials inventory on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy in accordance with the Batch Matrix
  • Help maintain and keep the Color Matching area clean and presentable 


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prefer 1-2 year of verifiable paint/cosmetic color matching experience and proven effectiveness on dealing with difficult/challenging colors and matches
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and color vision - May be required to take a color test
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn the nail polish industry
  • Strong communication ensure good working relationships within cross functional teams
  • Good technical and computer skills and MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to drive a fork truck when required
