As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Data Scientist. Project Summary

AIS is seeking a Data Scientist for an AI Engineering contract supporting a federal customer onsite in Alexandria, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Data Scientist will help develop and deploy AI models from ideation to production.

Required For This Opportunity
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

  • At least 5+ years of experience in Data Science.

  • Must have hands-on experience with Python, Python DS Tech Stack (tensorflow, scikit-learn, pandas, etc.)

  • Must have experience with database systems.

  • Must have a Secret clearance

  • Must have experience deploying Machine Learning (ML) models.

Nice to Have Skills
  • A certification in Data Science, AI, or another related certification is preferred, but not required.

The targeted base salary range for this role is $116,000-$174,000 per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
