Job description

1.       Operate various types of printing machines.

2.       Prepare and mount printing plates and rollers.

3.       Mix and match inks to achieve desired color specifications.

4.       Use automatic inspection system.

5.       Determine quantities required for print jobs.

6.       Aligns and configures machinery.

7.       Inspect random production samples to evaluate quality of printing.

8.       Conduct regular quality checks on printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, and defects.

9.       Ensure printed materials meet or exceed customer specifications.

10.    Troubleshoot issues with printing machines and make basic repairs.

11.    Perform routine maintenance on printing machines.

12.    Draft and submit reports for daily production totals.

13.    Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and quality control data.

14.    Maintain a clean area around printing machinery.

15.    Register colors on printing and control of scrap material.

16.    Following instructions on GMP Requirements.

17.    Follow Cardinal Safety Rules.
