Job description

This posting is for six(6) positions as Color Guard Instructor.
TITLE: COLOR GUARD INSTRUCTOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Certified employee of Campbell County Schools
  2. Experience with high school and/or drum corps.
  3. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable.
REPORTS TO: Band Director
SUPERVISES: Band Students
JOB GOAL: To provide leadership, coordination, and instruction of color guard
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Assist band director in the instruction of all color guard activities and practices per approved schedule from the band director.
  1. Teach and refine the color guard routine
  1. Provide after school practices per approved schedule from the band director.
  1. Assist band director in designing of flags and costumes.

5.Other duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Work schedule to be established between July and October.
