What does a typical practice schedule look like for a color guard member?

A typical Color Guard practice schedule often includes several group rehearsals per week, with additional time expected for individual practice outside of scheduled sessions. Practices focus on learning and refining choreography, perfecting equipment work with flags, rifles, and sabres, and ensuring synchronization with the marching band or ensemble.
