Job Overview

Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking landscape construction/installation foremen with 7+ years of landscape construction experience. This position is responsible for the installation/renovation of landscape at residential homes

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios), plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan.

  • Communicate and take direction from the project manager.

  • Direct crew members on site to complete tasks per production plan.

  • Assist with training new crew members.

  • Complete equipment & vehicle inspections.

  • Operate truck & trailer.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of landscape construction experience.

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in leading landscape construction crew.

  • Knowledge and operating experience with as Dingo, skid steer, excavator, trencher, cut-off saws, and other hand held equipment.

  • Ability to read and understand plan drawings.

  • Plant identification.

  • Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts - bilingual in English & Spanish.

  • Ability to lift 90 lbs repeatedly throughout work day.

  • Able to navigate through clients property on uneven/rough terrain.

  • Possess a valid, insurable drivers license.

  • Able to drive company vehicle with trailer.
