Responsibilities 
  • Lead and inspire landscaping crew
  • Work alongside leaders using tools like 5 Ton dump trucks, trailers, quick-cut saws, blowers and general power tools.
  • Tasks such as interlocking, laying flagstone, retaining walls, decking and fencing among other things.
  • Engage with customers to address landscaping issues.
  • Foster team spirit.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance.
  • Ensure quality work on time and within budget by completing tasks effectively. 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Preferred knowledge in hardscape projects, interlock and stone installation, equipment operation, and grading.
  • Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents 
  • Able to lift or move over 50 pounds.
  • Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions
