Job description

Warranty Administrator 

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven Warranty Administrator.  The Warranty Administrator prepare an process warranty claims through our software system. Prepare, record and reconcile warranty claims and submit claims to the factory and distributors. Verify criteria required by the factory for proper claim submittal. Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid and/or rejected claims. Maintain positive working relations with factory warranty reps. This position is a liason between our customer and the Manufacturer and requires attention to detail and a great customer service attitude..

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Compensation

The Warranty Clerk position is an hourly rate with monthly commission and annual bonus for qualifying employees.

Pay range estimated from $50,000 to $85,000 (including commissions and bonus.)
