The Opportunity:
We are seeking Production Workers at our Fresno Box Plant. You will be responsible for different phases of the production process and for efficiently producing high-quality product. Responsibilities for your role will also include performing quality assurance checks during the production process and managing the upkeep of the of the machines.

Someone with a proven record of performance, attendance and attention to detail; has demonstrated the drive to achieve and move up in previous jobs; initiates his/her own learning; gets along well with others; is helpful; can handle the physical requirements (heat, noise, shift work 8's and 12's, can work inside, outside, etc.) and has the mechanical, numerical, and verbal aptitude to learn our jobs quickly.

The starting rate is $24.06 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 5 days of paid vacation, and 7 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
