Now Hiring: CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant – Aspire Physical Recovery Center at Cahaba River

Pay Rate: $14.60-$19.40


Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
  2. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
  3. Record vital signs and observe changes in condition
  4. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
  5. Work alongside nurses and interdisciplinary team members
  6. Maintain dignity, respect, and compassionate care

Qualifications:

  1. Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama
  2. Long-term care experience preferred but not required
  3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
  4. Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused
