We are looking for entry-level Production Team Member who enjoys working with a diverse and talented manufacturing team. A great Production team member is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and follow safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have the willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency.
Our regular schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 3:15pm, Friday, 6:00am to 11:00am.

Job duties may include:

  • Handle, organize, and stage fabrics, trims, and materials for production
  • Sort, count, and bundle cut garment components accurately by style, size, and color
  • Assist with fabric measuring, spreading, and staging on cutting tables
  • Inspect fabrics and components for defects or inconsistencies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Support teammates to ensure smooth, efficient production

What you will need to have:
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • One year of general labor, manufacturing, or production experience
  • Must be able to lift 30 - 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic reading, writing and math skills
  • Ability to recognize color shade variances and fabric flaws
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills and work ethic
