Ray-Mont Logistics is a dynamic, innovative and growing organization focused on becoming an essential link in international business-to-business supply chains. We provide a suite of services to large volume commodity shippers including ocean transportation, containerization, packaging, trucking and inventory management. Industry segments we serve are agriculture, plastic resins and forest products.
We are currently seeking a permanent full time Pricing Analyst to join our Spokane, Washington based team. Successful candidates will reflect Ray-Mont's core values: Quality, Flexibility and Innovation.
Your Work Schedule
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotes for customers
  • Perform data entry for pricing and ensure accuracy of pricing in systems
  • Manage carrier allocations with select carriers
  • Assist the Export Traffic Invoicing Coordinator with invoice accuracy
  • Audit orders for rate changes

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional environment; a background in accounting will be considered an asset
  • Relevant experience completing audits is required
  • Comfortable working with numbers and rates; proven experience will be considered a strong asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook and Internet browser
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Attention to detail and an attitude for a fast paced and multi-tasking environment
