General Sales Manager, Bilingual (Spanish)

Location: Loyalty Used Car Super Center | Richmond, VA

Loyalty Automotive is one of the fastest-growing, locally owned automotive groups in the region. We proudly own and operate six new‑car dealerships across Richmond and Williamsburg, including: Toyota, two Nissan dealerships, Volkswagen, Chevrolet, and Cadillac, along with a high‑volume used car super center in Petersburg and three collision repair centers.

Our sales volumes are strong, our service departments rank among the best in the country, and our focus is simple: build great teams and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We are currently seeking a results‑driven, hands‑on Automotive General Sales Manager to help lead and grow our used car operation – Loyalty Used Car Super Center in Petersburg.

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales goals and growth
  • Recruit, coach, and drive performance of sales team
  • Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally
