Body Shop Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Body Shop Manager to lead our collision repair department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of body shop operations to ensure high-quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the body shop, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination
- Ensure all vehicles are repaired to industry standards and customer expectations
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and customers
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies
- Hire, train, and supervise technicians and staff members
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements (OSHA, hazardous waste disposal, etc.)
- Prepare and manage the body shop budget and financial reports
- Provide fair estimates of the cost of parts and time required for body work
- Monitor the maintenance of paint booths, frame straightening equipment, and other fixed assets

- Forecast goals and objectives for the department and work with the team to meet them

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in body shop management or a similar leadership role
- High School diploma or GED; certification in automotive repair preferred
- Thorough knowledge of collision repair techniques and industry standards
- Proficiency in estimating software and dealership computer systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of auto insurance and the insurance claims process
- I-CAR certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
