Collision Repair Technician | $40-$45/hr | Weekly Pay

Location: Pawtucket, Rhode Island
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $40-$45/hour (Depending on Experience)
Pay Type: Hourly
Pay Schedule: Weekly

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join a well-established family-owned collision repair facility in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. This is an opportunity to work alongside a team committed to performing safe, high-quality repairs using manufacturer-recommended repair procedures. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs.
  • Repair and replace damaged body panels.
  • Complete frame repairs using Chief frame equipment.
  • Analyze collision damage and determine proper repair procedures.
  • Perform vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
  • Ensure proper panel alignment and fitment.
  • Maintain high-quality repair standards throughout the repair process.
  • Work efficiently while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional collision shop repair experience.
  • I-CAR Certification preferred.
  • Experience in an independent collision repair facility or dealership environment is welcomed.
  • Ability to perform structural and non-structural repairs.
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and safe repair practices.
