As a member of the elite TRADET Field Instructor Team, this person will play a key role in developing our leaders and subject matter experts at Crash Champions. This Operations-based training detachment will work directly with identified Operations team members to enhance and verify competencies that will boost workplace performance and bottom-line revenue.
We are looking to fill positions in the following locations:
Central Plains – Memphis, TN
Southern California – Los Angeles, CA
Northern California – San Jose/Fremont, CA
Southeast – Tampa, FL
Northwest – Seattle, WA
Responsibilities
- Delivering quick response training within their assigned markets. This position is expected to travel as dictated by market needs.
- Delivering structured learning experiences for both virtual and in-person learning by: o Utilizing report tools, supervisor feedback, and virtual or in-person observation, to complete training-related Friday Deep Dives to prioritize and target individuals or small group training gaps.
- Assisting operations team members via Outlook, Teams, & Ivanti Support Portal
- Level set with assigned VP on the following: Virtual or field training location.
- Prioritize calendar, direction, timing, and content modules to deliver.
- Track, organize, and deliver personal performance metrics for each FOS role so we can automate visibility and competency improvement or deficiencies via PowerBI, MMMs, & TMMs
- Working with Operational Leadership to design & conduct structured training programs
- Support company initiatives per Senior Leadership directional guidance
- Co-facilitate DO and GM Boot Camp facilitation
- Deliver targeted training to new hires, acquisitions, recently promoted team members, and/or groups at all role levels up to and including DO
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Team Member Training
- 2-3 years of Service Advisor experience
- Ability to travel 50% of the month -visiting repair stores within respected markets.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
