Body Shop Technician / Bodyman Responsibilities
  • Repair vehicles according to estimates and manufacturer specifications.
  • Follow OEM repair procedures and quality standards.
  • Inspect parts against repair estimates and verify correct parts are received.
  • Communicate repair updates or timeline changes to management.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, hazardous waste disposal regulations, and all federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of body shop or collision repair experience required.
  • Experience in a body shop, collision center, or automotive repair facility.
  • Experience performing frame and structural repairs.
  • I-CAR training preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle construction and repair techniques.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the last three years.
