Key Responsibilities:

· Greet customers (in person and by phone), respond to inquiries about repair, wrap, painting, restoration and customization services.

· Explain service options (collision repair, auto painting, wraps, paint protection film, custom work, restoration) clearly and help customers select what meets their needs.

· Schedule appointments for inspections, repairs, paint jobs, wraps, or restoration services; manage calendar and job queue.

· Collect vehicle details, customer information, and record customer requests and damage descriptions accurately.

· Maintain open communication with customers regarding their job status, projected timelines, and pickup details.

· Coordinate with technicians and shop management to ensure smooth handoff, and follow up for customer satisfaction.

· Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area; manage administrative tasks (filing, phone messages, follow-ups).

Requirements

· Prior experience in customer service, front-desk, or administrative role — ideally in auto repair or related industry (preferred but not strictly required).

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Comfortable learning about auto-body, collision repair, painting, wraps, and customization services.

· Professional, friendly demeanor, patient, customer-focused, and reliable attendance.
Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking required

Benefits

· Competitive pay based on experience

· Paid holidays, paid time off, and paid sick days

· On-the-job training to build knowledge and skills

· Opportunity to work with a team committed to quality collision, paint, wrap, and customization service
