Job description

Position Summary

The College Intern will play a key role in supporting the Marketing & HR Department within our corporate office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting while building valuable skills for your future career. As an intern, you will work closely with department managers and team members to contribute to ongoing projects, assist with administrative tasks, and participate in daily operations.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations in the Marketing and/or HR Department 

  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for meetings and projects

  • Conduct research and analysis as needed for ongoing projects and initiatives

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

  • Help organize and attend team meetings, providing assistance with scheduling and coordination

  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, file management, and responding to inquiries

  • Participate in professional development opportunities like training sessions and mentoring meetings 

  • Other duties as assigned
