PRESCHOOL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
- Tallahassee, Florida Pay Rate: $20-25/hr
Requirements
  • Must have at least 5 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting, with a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • High energy and strong oral and written communication skills, including technology proficiency.
  • Able to work effectively with others, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Florida Child Care Professional Certificate (FCCPC), Associate Degree or higher in early childhood education from an accredited college or university preferred. Directors with Associate Degree or higher must have at least one year of Lead Teacher, Assistant Director or similar leadership role experience in a in child care, early childhood education, early intervention or related fields. Directors with the FCCPC certification must have at least ten years of Lead Teacher, Assistant Director or similar leadership experience in child care early childhood education, early intervention, or related field.
  • Strong finance and budgeting skills, as well as excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification, as well as the ability to pass a full background check and a health screening.
