Location: Indianapolis, IN 46240

Notes: These are full-time roles with a fixed salary of $41,600 per year plus benefits (non-negotiable).
 
Schedule:
Post-training shifts may include:

•    8 AM – 5 PM
•    10 AM – 7 PM
•    12 PM – 9 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring Collections Specialists with strong inbound and outbound calling experience for a full-time hybrid opportunity. Candidates must be comfortable handling high call volumes, speaking with customers professionally, and working in a fast-paced environment.
 
Educations:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or related fields is preferred.
 
Requirements
•    Reliable, ability to work flexible day, evenings and weekend hours as required.
•    Must be able to obtain required License for collecting upon placement.
•    50+ inbound/outbound calls per day experience required, preferably in a financial or credit environment.
•    Strong communication skills
•    Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems
•    Financial services or collections background preferred
•    Must be within 25 miles / 35 minutes commute of the office
•    Must be open to shift flexibility after training
