As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting individuals who have outstanding debts and working towards resolving their overdue payments. Your primary goal will be to recover outstanding balances while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive company image.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect outstanding debts and achieve set collection targets.
