What is a collection recovery manager?

Collection Recovery Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the recovery of overdue payments and delinquent accounts for an organization. Their goal is to minimize financial losses by maximizing the recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a collection recovery manager?
