MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Intelligence Collection Manager to join our team in Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide intelligence collection management expertise / proficiency / know-how to enable collection requirements management, collection operations management, and multi-intelligence (multi-INT) collection strategies in support of organizational intelligence and operations planning efforts
  • CONUS travel may be required for up to 25%

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years' experience OR High School and 8+ yrs experience OR Associates and 6+ yrs OR experience OR Master's and 2+ yrs experience OR PhD and 0+ yrs experience
  • Experience in intelligence collection management

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of intelligence collection management experience

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have a current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations

The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
