Receptionist

We are currently seeking a "best in class" Receptionist with excellent organization skills and a personable disposition to operate multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate associate. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, maintaining procedures, communication and customer service. Not only will your efforts allow us to achieve organizational efficiency, you will nurture the pleasant work environment our people love.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)
  • Welcome visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate associate. Provide visitors and callers with requested information.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer to appropriate associate or department.
  • Gain sufficient information from the caller to direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned, such as filing, copying, and faxing, collating, opening and sorting mail.
  • Assist all departments administratively upon request
