Job Description

The Document Review Associate performs routine and/or repetitive clerical functions according to standard procedures or instructions. This role is responsible for researching various issues and reporting exceptions to ensure quality control, compliance with custodial agreements, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The associate reviews loan (or collateral) documents-often complex in nature and requiring additional research to accurately address inquiries-handles file processing and works with external and internal clients and contacts to determine the source of problems and correct errors. The role also includes providing a high level of customer service, both written and verbal, through email and phone interactions.

Basic Qualifications
- Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years of related experience
- Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 20-30lbs; sit and/or stand for long periods; able to bend or squat; willingness to climb step ladders up to 10 feet high

This is an onsite position requiring 5 days in office Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm (1st shift)
