Who You Are:

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator III to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales efforts, event execution and lead the development and ongoing management of digital platforms and marketing materials to support communication and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, highly detail oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment-partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure consistent messaging, smooth execution, and strong follow-through. If you're looking for a dynamic, hands-on role with opportunities to make a visible impact (including occasional on-site event support), we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

  1. Ownership of Marketing Materials & Collateral:
    • Design and write marketing materials and collateral (white papers, press releases, etc.), with a focus on aesthetics and branding.
    • Create consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all communication touch points.
    • Own the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
    • Own the development and execution of marketing campaigns to include email marketing.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint is required for creating presentations.
  2. Coordinate Meetings & Events:
    • Source relevant trade shows and events for networking and sales purposes.
    • Coordinate logistics with internal and external contacts to execute hosted and sponsored events.
    • Maintain event metrics and post-event reporting (leads generated, meetings booked, pipeline influence) to evaluate ROI and inform future event selection.
  3. Ownership of Website:
    • Manage content updates and changes on the company's website.
    • Coordinate website inquiries to the appropriate department within the organization.
  4. Ownership of Social Media Accounts:
    • Manage the company's social media presence and accounts with a focus on building and enhancing our brand.
    • Create and schedule posts, respond to comments, and monitor engagement towards sales activity.
  5. Ownership of Marketing & Lead Generation Vendors:
    • Act as the liaison between PRP and marketing & lead generation vendors.
    • Coordinate training for sales team on marketing tools/software.
    • Track vendor performance against goals and report performance regularly to sales management.
  6. Miscellaneous Tasks:
    • Ownership of lists the sales department uses to track referrals and references.
    • Other duties as assigned.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, PR or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, events, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events/trade shows/large meetings
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Assertive, proactive, and driven to take on responsibilities
  • Proficiency with a digital design platform for creating marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, social graphics).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to influence others and work collaboratively with other departments
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a high degree of independence
  • Proficiency with marketing systems/tools is a plus
  • Ability to travel at least once per year to support and coordinate on-site events

The salary range for this position is: $81,589 - $108,130 annually. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
