A detail-oriented and highly collaborative Technical Writer to support our cross-functional engineering and product teams. This role will be instrumental in documenting complex systems and processes across blockchain development, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and regulatory compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with specific knowledge of corporate actions and collateral management workflows.
Create, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation for internal and external audiences, including system architecture overviews, API documentation, user guides, onboarding materials, and compliance process documentation.
