Job description

Perform high quality inspections and market our inspection services to agents and the general public.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
  1. Perform high-quality residential home inspections
  2. Utilize our mobile scheduling platform to set availability and check schedules
  3. Use our amazing reporting software to perform on-site inspections and deliver reports same day
  4. Participate in monthly team meetings, including marketing training
  5. Work with Team Lead to market to offices and agents, e.g., sales meetings, lunch and learns
  6. Collaborate with our marketing team, including email and social campaigns
  7. Market our inspection services to audiences including agents and the general public
  8. Distribute marketing collateral and information to potential customers
  9. Help to cultivate a culture of excellence

  • Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
  • Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.

Qualifications
Education:
  • Licensed in the state performing inspections. Must have license to perform home inspections, termite inspections and radon inspections.
  • Valid driver's license.

Experience:
  • Previous experience performing home inspections.

Knowledge and Skills: Keyboarding.
