Job description

A well-established healthcare law firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a White Collar Criminal Defense Partner with healthcare fraud experience to join its team.


Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in white collar criminal matters, with a focus on healthcare fraud and related regulatory investigations
  • Manage matters involving government investigations, including engagement with DOJ, OIG, and other federal/state regulatory bodies
  • Originate and maintain client relationships, contributing a portable book of business to the firm
  • Take on additional client work and capacity as the practice grows
  • Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and staffing


Qualifications

  • Partner-level experience in white collar criminal defense
  • Substantive experience with healthcare fraud matters (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, healthcare-related government investigations)
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and maintain a portable book of business
  • Strong relationships with or experience navigating federal/state regulatory and enforcement agencies
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas
