Job description

Inabia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its Rehab Therapy team. This role supports licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to patients, helping improve mobility, strength, and overall functional outcomes.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care in a collaborative clinical environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists

  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities as directed

  • Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising Physical Therapists

  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper movement techniques

  • Document treatment sessions accurately and timely in accordance with clinic policies

  • Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment

  • Collaborate with therapy staff and other healthcare professionals to support patient care


Schedule
  • Schedule: 5 ร— 8-hour shifts

  • Daytime clinical hours


Qualifications
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)

  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program

  • Previous outpatient or rehab experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Commitment to patient-centered care
