Job description

The Opportunity
Our Learning & Development Internship Program offers hands-on experience in corporate training, organizational development, and talent management. This role provides exposure to all aspects of learning and development operations from design, development, technology implementation, and stakeholder management. The intern will gain valuable experience in training content management, Learning Management System (LMS) implementation, and program coordination, while building relationships with professionals across all levels of the organization.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Gain real-world experience in corporate learning and development operations
  • Support the migration of learning content and experiences from Learn365 to Workday Learning Powered by Sana
  • Test, learn, iterate with new LMS and bring forward best practices, user guides, how-to's for the organization-wide rollout
  • Support training program coordination and content management
  • Collaborate with L&D team on organizational development initiatives
  • Exposure to HR Operations and Talent Acquisition functions
  • Participate in professional development opportunities including Gavel Club
  • Build relationships with other interns, professionals, and leaders across M3
What You Will Need to Succeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent with demonstrated academic success
  • Ideal candidates will be entering their junior or senior year at a 4-year college or university pursuing a degree in Organizational Development, Education Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems, AI platforms, and ability to learn new technology platforms
  • Interest in learning and development, learning/education technology, management information systems
