Location:

Mobile, Alabama | Primarily on-site with flexibility based on business needs. Relocation candidates are welcome.

Job Description

  • Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation and corporate legal matters.
  • Draft, revise, and organize legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and discovery.
  • Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings.
  • Coordinate document production and maintain case management systems.
  • Conduct legal research and factual investigations.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties.
  • Assist with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Maintain organized records while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of paralegal experience.
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting litigation matters.
  • Strong legal drafting and document management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and staff.
