Our client, a busy architectural design firm seeking a polished, professional, and personable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of an organization, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional support to both clients and colleagues.

We're looking for someone with a positive, bubbly personality, strong communication skills, and a genuine willingness to help wherever needed. Experience in architecture, construction, engineering, or a professional services environment is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage office administration, supplies, meeting rooms, and general office coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and project teams.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, scheduling, and project administration.
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, expense tracking, and other basic accounting functions.
  • Coordinate mail, couriers, and office-related vendors.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator role.
