2033 Associate Attorney

Join a Collaborative Litigation Firm Where You Can Build a Career—Not Just Bill Hours

We are a growing, technology-driven law firm specializing in evictions, creditor rights, and civil litigation. Our practice is fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on delivering exceptional client service while maintaining a culture that values mentorship, teamwork, and work-life balance.

Whether you are a recent law school graduate, an attorney looking to leave the demands of a large law firm, or an experienced practitioner seeking a long-term home with a collaborative team, we''d love to speak with you.

What You''ll Do

As an Associate Attorney, you will represent property owners and clients in a high-volume civil litigation practice. Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Negotiate settlements and resolutions
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and status
  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys on litigation strategy

Who We''re Looking For

We are open to attorneys at several stages of their careers, including:

  • Attorneys looking to launch their legal career in a supportive environment

Early Career Attorneys (3–5 Years)

  • Attorneys with civil litigation, collections, creditor rights, personal injury, insurance defense, or similar litigation experience
  • Professionals looking to transition from large firms into a culture offering greater flexibility and work-life balance
  • Individuals who enjoy courtroom advocacy and client interaction

Experienced Attorneys

  • Attorneys with 10+ years of litigation experience, including solo practitioners or attorneys looking for a stable long-term opportunity
  • Professionals interested in leveraging their litigation expertise within a collaborative team environment while reducing administrative burdens associated with running a practice

What Makes This Opportunity Different

Unlike many litigation firms, we offer:

  • Meaningful courtroom experience
  • Extensive mentoring and collaboration
  • Modern technology that improves efficiency
  • Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid opportunities
  • A healthy work-life balance
  • Approximately a 50-hour work week, allowing attorneys to build successful careers while maintaining personal and family commitments
  • A clear path for professional growth within a rapidly expanding firm

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active Michigan Bar license or pending admission following successful completion of the Michigan Bar Exam
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced litigation environment
  • Comfortable appearing in court, both virtually and in person
  • Collaborative, client-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow
