Job description

Northland Dental Choice is seeking Dental Administrator to join our growing team.

Our practice is looking for a Dental Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly while supporting a dedicated and high-performing dental team. If you are organized, friendly, and enjoy building relationships with patients, we'd love to hear from you.

Hours:

Full-time 

Monday 7-3, Tuesday 8-4, Wednesday 11-7, Thursday 8-4, Friday 8-3, 1 Saturday per month 8-3 (excluding summer) 

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note.

  • Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups.

  • Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy.

  • Coordinate daily front desk operations to keep the day running efficiently.

  • Work closely with clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.


What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional, patient-first approach.

  • Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. 

  • A friendly, team-focused attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
