Totally Joined For Achieving Collaborative Techniques (TJFACT) is a CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) performance driven professional services government contracting company that provides a broad spectrum of services and solutions to the U.S government agencies and organizations.
About the position:
TJFACT is seeking a well-qualified Training Manager to join our team in support of the Air Force Criminal Justice Information Center (AFCJIC) in Quantico, VA.
Please note this role is for a proposal and is subject to a contract award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain formal and informal training programs and materials on criminal and administrative indexing.
  • Coordinate with and deliver ad hoc and recurring training to DAF agencies.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person training for Indexing Compliance Managers.
  • Integrate training modules into established law enforcement and legal community training courses.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute approximately 10-12 training sessions per year.
  • Maintain a repeatable training pipeline, with quarterly updates to all training materials.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience developing and delivering training for adult learners.
  • Minimum 3 years' criminal justice experience.
  • Must have an active clearance.
  • Must be able to pass a law enforcement records check.
