Job Description: Responsabilités principales : Assurer le suivi des réparations et des demandes clients. Gérer simultanément plusieurs dossiers sur différents sites. Communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les équipes internes Réaliser diverses tâches administratives, notamment : Corriger et modifier des documents tel que les confirmations, factures, etc. Traiter les paiements par carte de crédit. Effectuer les corrections de taxes et autres ajustements requis. Effectuer diverses manipulations dans SAP liées aux dossiers de réparation. Maintenir une gestion rigoureuse des priorités et des tâches. Travailler efficacement sous pression et respecter les échéances. Collaborer avec différentes équipes pour assurer un service optimal Utiliser efficacement les outils et systèmes internes, notamment SAP, C4C, Power BI et les outils d’IA. Développer ses connaissances techniques sur nos produits Profil recherché : Bilingue français / anglais (obligatoire) Posséder au moins deux ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle dans un poste similaire. Faire preuve de rapidité, d’efficacité et d’un excellent sens de l’organisation. Autonome, débrouillard(e) et proactif(ve) Savoir gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement en mouvement. Être à l’aise avec la pression et les délais serrés. Adopter une attitude positive, collaborative et orientée vers les défis. Démontrer un intérêt marqué pour l’apprentissage et le développement de compétences techniques. Intérêt pour le domaine des hautes technologies La connaissance de l’anglais est requise pour ce poste, puisque ses responsabilités impliquent des échanges fréquents, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, avec des clients, partenaires, fournisseurs ou collègues situés à l’extérieur du Québec.
