Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) - K-3 & High School Life Skills | 2026-2027 School Year
Location: Harvard, IL
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
School Year: August 10, 2026 - May 20, 2027
Salary: $58,000-$75,000 annually (based on experience)
Position Details
  • Full-time, onsite position
  • School year: August 10, 2026 - May 20, 2027
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Supporting students across two school buildings
  • K-3 elementary students
  • High school life skills program
  • Collaborative therapy department with additional OT and COTA support

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatment, and consultation services
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
  • Support students in developing the fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills needed for success in the school environment

Qualifications
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • School-based experience is preferred but not required
